Thomas Payne was born on 21st December 1982, in Chelmsford, Essex, England, and is an actor probably best known from having played Rob in the film adaptation of the novel by Noah Gordon “The Physician”, Jesus in the television series “The Walking Dead”, and Brett Aspinall in the television series “Waterloo Road”. Payne has been active in the entertainment industry since 2006.
