Ty Warner was born on the 3rd September 1944, in Westmont, Illinois USA, and is a businessman, best known to the world for being the CEO and owner of Ty Inc., which manufactures and distributes stuffed toys such as Beanie Babies and Beanie Babies 2.0s, Ty Girlz, Monstaz, Pluffies, and numerous other toys.

Ty is the son of Harold, a jeweler and his wife Georgia, a pianist, and grew up in La Grange, a suburb of Chicago, in a house designed by famous architect Frank Lloyd.
