Tula Paulina Contostavlous Wiki Biography
Tula Paulinea Contostavlos was born on the 13th July 1988 in Camden Town, London, England, of Irish and Anglo-Greek origin, and is a singer, actress and television personality. She is best known for being a member of the hip hop band N-Dubz with her cousin Dappy and her friend Fazer. N-Dubz debuted in 2000 and released three studio albums before announcing their break-up in 2011. Tulisa became a judge of “The X Factor” (UK) and was responsible for the Groups category becoming the first to win this category with the group Little Mix. Contostavlos has been active in the entertainment industry since 1999.
How much is the net worth of Tulisa Contostavlos? It has been reported by authoritative sources that the outright size of her wealth is as much as $3 million, as of the data given in early 2017. Music and television are the major sources of Tulisa’s net worth.
Tulisa experienced lots of problems during adolescence, including drugs and alcohol, mental health problems as anorexia and depression, financial difficulties and even bullying; Tulisa has revealed that she tried twice to kill herself as a teenager. Tulisa enrolled at Quintin Kynaston School in St John’s Wood then Haverstock High School being 14, but didn’t matriculate.
Together with her cousin Dappy and her friend Fazer, she founded the hip hop band N-Dubz in 2000. The band broke through in 2006 with their single “I Swear”, and a year later reached the charts with the single “Feva Las Vegas”. In 2007, the band won the MOBO Award as the Best New Act, and signed to Polydor Records. Under that label, the single “You Better Not Waste My Time” was released, then in 2008 the album “Uncle B” followed, and a second album – “Against All Odds” – in 2009. In 2010, the group released the third album “Love.Live.Life”, but at the end of 2011, it was announced that the members of the band were going to focus on their solo careers. In 2012, Tulisa released her first solo single “Young”, which topped the UK charts as well as reaching 5th in Ireland. The single was followed by the studio album “Female Boss” released at the end of 2012, so increasing her net worth.
Moreover, in the television series “Dubplate Drama”, she played the role of cocaine dependent Laurissa between 2007 and 2009, then became a member of the jury of the British show “The X Factor” from 2011 to 2012, contributing more to her bank account.
In 2010, she was selected as 15th in the list of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World by the magazine FHM, and in 2012 she became The Sexiest Woman in the World. In addition to this, Tulisa released her autobiography called “Honest: My Story So Far” (2012) in which she tells about her troubled past, her personal life, about The X Factor (UK) and her career. To summarise, all the above mentioned engagements have increased the total size of Tulisa’s net worth.
Finally, in the personal life of Tulisa, she has been in relationships with Richard Rawson “Fazer” (2010 – 2012), Jack O’Connell (2012), Danny Simpson (2012 – 2013), Max George (2013) and Justin Edwards. Drug charges against her were dropped, and others jailed for perverting the course of justice, although her reputation was certainly damaged. Currently, she claims to be single.
