In 2003, Wallace joined the NFL Draft and was selected in the fourth round by the Seattle Seahawks. Many thought that he would be dropped due to his insistence on playing as a quarterback, but the Seahawks gave him a chance and he would make notable plays especially during the 2005 NFC Championship. The following year, he would play a few games as a starter, but would then start to be used as a wide receiver in 2007. The following year, he played some games as a quarterback, but then played once again as a wide receiver before he sustained an injury.
