William Scott Mitchell was born on the 2nd January 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah USA, and is best known as being a retired professional American Football player, who played on the position of quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for such teams as the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens. His career was active from 1990 to 2001; he also worked as a coach.
