Born Rony Mariano Bezerra on the 21st March 1984, in Quixadá, Ceará, Brazil, he is a professional mixed martial artist, who until recently was a part of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Featherweight division. His name Rony Jason comes from the horror film character Jason Voorhees’ mask that he wears on his way to the Octagon.
