Kordestani is a businessman born in 1963, in Tehran, Iran, and is now an American businessman best known for being the special advisor to the CEO and founders at “Google”, as well as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer. Since October 2015, he has served as the Executive Chairman at Twitter.

In May 1999, Kordestani joined Google, where he lead the development and implementation of their initial business model and served as their senior vice-president of worldwide sales and field operations.
