Maria de la Paz Campos Trigo was born on the 2nd January of 1976 in Seville, Andalusia, Spain and is an actress and model. Her early role as Laura in the series “Seven Lives” (1999) helped her to reach a degree of popularity, but recognition in the cinema came with her role in the film “Lucia and Sex” (2001), winning the Goya Award for the Best Actress Newcomer. Vega has been active in the entertainment industry since 1997.
