Lupe Fiasco is considered to be a hip hop artist. During his career he has worked under the labels Atlantic and 1st & 15th Entertainment. Lupe Fiasco has added much to his net worth by releasing nineteen singles, four studio albums, thirty-six music videos, seven soundtracks and nine official mixtapes. The most successful singles were ‘Superstar’ (2007) featuring Matthew Santos which reached the 3rd position on the US Rap chart and was certified platinum in US; ‘The Show Goes On’ (2010) which reached the 4th position of US Rap chart and was certified three times platinum in US, two times platinum in Australia and gold in New Zealand; and ‘Battle Scars’ (2012) which reached the top position of US Rap chart and was certified platinum in US, nine times platinum in Australia and two times platinum in New Zealand.

His studio albums were more successful, though. Lupe has released four of them as follows: ‘Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor’ (2006), ‘Lupe Fiasco’s The Cool’ (2007), ‘Lasers’ (2011) and ‘Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1’ (2012) which have added much to his net worth as all four studio albums have topped the US Rap chart. The last two albums also reached the top position on the US R&B chart, and ‘Lasers’ has also reached the first position of US chart. ‘Lupe Fiasco’s The Cool’ and ‘Lasers’ have been certified gold in US.
