Kevin Chamberlin was born on 25 November 1963, in Baltimore, Maryland USA, and is a director and actor, known for his appearances in numerous projects such as “Seussical”, “The Addams Family”, and the sitcom “Jessie” in which he portrays Bertram Winkle.
