Kenneth Wheelock Mayne was born on the 1st September 1959, in Kent, Washington State USA, and is a sports journalist who works for ESPN, and currently is the host of the show “Kenny Mayne’s Wider World of Sports”, and is also present in the “Sunday NFL Countdown”, in his own segment “Mayne Event”. His career started in the early 1980s.

Just two years later, he left the show and began working on various late night shows, including the game show “2 Minute Drill”. Little by little Kenny’s role on ESPN increased, and from 2011 until 2013 he was the host of the show “Kenny Mayne’s Wider World of Sports”, in which Kenny travels around the world and participates in numerous sporting events, such as the King’s Cup Elephant Polo Tournament, Palio de Siena horse race, and canal jumping among many others.
