Jonathan Luke Ke Huy Quan was born on the 20th August, 1971 in Saigon, South Vietnam of Vietnamese ancestry. He is an actor who rose to fame after starring in the Steven Spielberg productions of “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” (1984) and “The Goonies” (1985). Jonathan Ke Quan has been accumulating his net worth being active in the entertainment industry since 1984.

Jonathan became a child actor from early 1984, at age 12. He debuted with the role of Harrison Ford’s partner, Short Round, in the adventure film “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” (1984). After being chosen for the role, his family changed its name to Ke Quan, the name with which he is credited in the film. This debut was very successful, as the actor was noticed by critics, and Ke Quan won the Young Artist Award for the previously mentioned role. Afterwards, he appeared as a cameo in “Encino Man” (1992). His last screen appearance was in the film of “Second Time Around” (2002) with Ekin Cheng and Cecilia Cheung, directed by Jeffrey Lau. The film won the prize at the Hong Kong Film Critics Society Awards in 2003.
