David Duke Carr was born on the 21st July 1979, in Bakersfield, California USA. He is perhaps best recognized for being a retired professional American Football quarterback, who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Houston Texans, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, and San Francisco 49ers. Currently, he is known as the coach of Bakersfield (CA) Christian High School (OC) team. His career in the sports industry has been active since 2002.

His professional career began in 2002, when he was selected as the 1st overall pick by the Houston Texans in the NFL Draft. Upon arriving at Houston, Carr signed a rookie contract with the Texans, however, no data is available when it comes to the amount, but taking the fact that he was 1st pick, it certainly increased his net worth by a large margin. He played for the Texans until 2006, when he was released by the team.
