Charles Rogers was born on the 23rd May 1981, in Saginaw, Michigan USA, and is a former professional American Football player who played as a wide receiver in the NFL for the Detroit Lions (2003-2005). Charles Rogers grew up in Michigan where he went to the Saginaw High School and starred in football, basketball, and track for the Trojans. In September 2006, the Lions decided to release Rogers – he was effectively fired by Detroit, which demanded a return of $10 million out of $14.2 million, which they paid him in bonuses, citing breach of contract.
