Flozell Adams was born on 18 May 1975 in Chicago, Illinois USA, and is best known as a former American Football player in the National Football League (NFL) from 1998-2010.

Adams attended Proviso West High School, and played football in his junior year, starting in the position of starter at left tackle. His performance was acknowledged, thus he was honored with All-American and first-team All-State honors in the senior year of high school. Flozell then enrolled into Michigan State University, and played for the coach Nick Saban from 1994 until 1997.
In 1995, Adams earned an All-Big Ten mention, becoming one of the nation’s best offensive linemen. In the same manner, he received another Big Ten title in 1997, being proclaimed the Offensive Lineman of the Year. Flozell was also in the finale for the Lombardi Award and Outland Trophy.
