Marques E. Colston was born on 5 June 1983, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA, and is a retired professional American Football player, best known to have played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for the New Orleans Saints. All of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

He ultimately helped the Saints reach the playoffs with a 10-6 record, and would reach the NFC Championship Game against the Chicago Bears, but lost to end the season, but Marques was still widely celebrated, finishing second for Offensive Rookie of the Year. He continued to perform strongly in the 2007 season. The following year, he signed a three year contract extension which increased his net worth significantly.
