Todd Harrell was born on 13th February 1972, in Escatawpa, Mississippi USA, and is a musician, best known as the bassist and a founding member of the rock band 3 Doors Down, based in his hometown. Alongside the band Harrell has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide. He has been active in the entertainment industry from 1996 to 2013.

The band 3 Door Down was founded in 1996 by singer Brad Arnold, guitarist Matt Roberts and bassist Todd Harrell. In 2008, their fourth, self-titled studio album of the band was released in Germany, which immediately rose to sixth place on the German album charts, andiIn the USA, the album rose to the top of the charts, and was certified gold. Only one year later, he was again drunk on the wheel; he was then thrown out of the band, having been sentenced to two years imprisonment and six months on probation.
