Zac Brown was one of 12 children, and received his first guitar when he was eight years old, and although he soon started taking classes to study classic guitar, he also became interested in Bluegrass, playing with his stepfather and brother. The “Zac Brown Band” signed a contract with Atlantic Records and, in 2008, they released another album called “The Foundation”, which helped them receive their first Grammy, for Best New Artist. In 2012, the band released the album “Uncaged”, which brought them a second Grammy, for Best Country Album. Thanks to this album, Billboard ranked the “Zac Brown Band” number 28 on the list of the highest earning music acts of the year.
