Zach Lowe Wiki Biography

Born Zachariah Ulysses Lowe in 1977, in Stamford, Connecticut USA, Zach is a sportswriter and talk-show host, best known to the world for his extensive work for ESPN, covering the National Basketball Association (NBA) with his podcast “The Lowe Post”, and the column “Ten Things I Like And Don’t Like, Including…”, among many other differing engagements.

Have you ever wondered how rich Zach Lowe is, as of early 2018? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Lowe’s net worth is as high as $1.5 million, an amount earned through his successful career, active since 2010.

Zach went to Greenwich High School, from which he matriculated in 1995, whereupon he enrolled at Dartmouth College, from which he graduated in 1999. After he obtained his degree, he found his first job as a teacher at Cresskill High School, but after only two years enrolled at William & Mary to study US History, and eventually obtained an MA degree. However, his educational years didn’t end then, as he started studying Journalism at Columbia University, Graduate School of Journalism.

He then started his career in journalism, but instead of sports, Zach actually began writing for The Stamford Advocate as a crime and government reporter. After a brief time, Zach joined The American Lawyer, for which he worked for two years, but also wrote for the CelticsHub.Com, a fan-based blog about the NBA franchise, the Boston Celtics.

As early as 2010, Zach made his breakthrough as an NBA writer, starting the column-blog “Point-Forward” for Sports Illustrated. After becoming known for his detailed analyses, Zach was recruited by Bill Simmons and Grantland, a pop-culture blog owned by ESPN to work as an NBA analyst. He started building a name for himself, completely devoted to his work, and after Grantland ceased its operation in 2015, Zach was hired by ESPN. He continued with his work, and in 2016 signed a multi-year contract with the sports media conglomerate, which increased his net worth to a large degree, and in preference to working for The Bleacher Report. Since extending his contract, Zach has started his own NBA column – “Ten Things I Like And Don’t Like, Including…” – which has become popular in the NBA world, giving him credits such as being named as one of the best NBA writers.

Aside from writing, Zach is also known for his podcast, launching “The Lowe Post” in which he shares and discusses opinions with other sports journalist connected to the NBA.

When it comes to his personal life, Zach has managed to keep hidden his most intimate details from the public eyes, including marital status and number of children, therefore, no reliable info is available in the media about one of the best NBA writers that are active.
