Have you ever wondered how rich Will Patton is, as of late 2016? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Will`s net worth is as high as $7 million, an amount earned through his successful career in the entertainment industry.

Will grew up in his hometown, but on a farm which his parents ran as a foster home for teenagers, and has three younger siblings. His father is Bill Patton, who served as Lutheran minister and a chaplain at Duke University, but was a playwright and an acting/directing instructor, which no doubt gave Will the idea of becoming an actor.

Subsequently Will went to North Carolina School of the Arts, and later attended The Actors` Studio in New York City, New York. Will`s career began in 1979 with a role in Michael Oblowitz`s directorial debut “Minus Zero”. After that, Will spent the early 1980s earning a name for himself in the films “Kent State” (1981) directed by James Goldstone, “King Blank” (1983), “Desperately Seeking Susan” (1985) starring Madonna and Aidan Quinn, and “After Hours” (1985) with Rosanna Arquette and Griffin Dunne. He continued successfully until the end of the 1980s, with supporting roles in such films as “A Gathering of Old Men” (1987), “No Way Out” (1987) with Gene Hackman and Kevin Costner, then “Signs of Life” (1989) starring Beau Bridges and Vincent D`Onorfio, and in “Wildfire” (1988), among others, which only increased his net worth.

Nothing drastic changed for Will in the 1990s, as his name became well known in Hollywood, and it became easy for him to land new roles, which he proved with supporting and even starring roles. During the early `90s he worked with Jack Scalia and Kathryn Harrold on the film “Deadly Desire” (1991), then with Steve Buscemi and Jennifer Beals on ‘In The Soup” (1992), and was the lead in “The Paint Job” (1993, with Bebe Neuwirth and Robert Pastorelli, while also in 1993 he starred in “Midnight Edition”, which only improved his net worth. The next year he appeared in Joel Schumacher`s Oscar-nominated “The Client” with Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones, and in 1996 appeared in the film “Fled”, alongside Laurence Fishburne and Stephen Baldwin. After that, in 1997 he featured in Kevin Costner`s “The Postman”, and before the 1990s ended had successful roles in Michael Bay`s “Armageddon” (1998), with Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton, and “Entrapment” (1999) starring Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones, which increased his net worth to a large degree.

He started the new millennium with a role in “Gone in Sixty Seconds” (2000), next to Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie, and also in 2000 he portrayed Coach Bill Yoast in “Remember the Titans”, while in 2001 he got the part of Jackson Haisley in the TV series “The Agency” (2001-2003). In 2004 he played Quentin Glass in the film “The Punisher” (2004), and three years later had several successful projects, including “A Mighty Heart”, and “Dog Days of Summer”, increasing further his net worth.

In 2009 he appeared next to Milla Jovovich and Elias Koteas in the film “The Fourth Kind”, directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi, and since 2011 he has been portraying Patain, and later Captain Dan Weaver in the sci-fi action TV series “Falling Skies” (2011-2016), and most recently appeared in the film “American Honey” (2016).

Will is also working on several projects which are yet to be released, including “You Can`t Win”, which is currently in post-production, “Megan Leavey”, scheduled for late 2016 release, and “The Scent of Rain and Lightning”, which will be released in 2017, and will undoubtedly add a substantial amount to Will`s net worth.

Apart from his work as an actor, Will has also recorded a number of audio books, from such authors as Stephen King, James Lee Burke, William Diehl, Jack Kerouac and Maggie Stiefvater, among others, which also increased his net worth.

Regarding his personal life, there is no information about Will`s personal life, as he tends to keep it away from the public eye and especially the media.
