William Estes Nipper was born on 21st October 1978, in Los Angeles, California USA, and is an actor, whose breakthrough came with the role of Jamie Reagan in the television series “Blue Bloods”. Estes has been active in the entertainment industry since 1984.

Afterwards, Estes joined the main cast of the series “Meego” in which he played Trip Parker, a young man who together with his brothers, discovers an alien. In 1998, he was selected for the series “Kelly Kelly” in which he interpreted Sean Kelly, one of the children of Kelly Novak (Shelley Long). More, the actor appeared as a guest star in several episodes of the series “7th Heaven” (1999 – 2000) in which he played Andrew Nayloss.
