He’s also a double bronze medal winner at other World Championships in Athletics events. He is currently still the eighth fastest 200 meter runner of all time, and as he continues his various endeavors, it is expected that his wealth will also continue to increase.

Wallace attended Fayatteville High School, and after matriculating went to the University of Arkansas, where he competed in 200 m events collegiately for two seasons, winning the 200 meter NCAA Outdoor title in 2004 and 2005, as well as the NCAA indoor 200 m title in 2005. His net worth started to increase with all of these achievements.

Spearmon would achieve his 200 m personal best at 19.65 seconds which made him the third fastest man during this time, and he is currently ranked as the eight fastest behind runners such as Usain Bolt, Walter Dix and Yohan Blake. Spearmon also set a 100 m personal best at 9.96 seconds beating world champion Tyson Gay. During the 2008 Summer Olympics, he finished in the bronze medal position, but was disqualified for stepping out of his lane. Two years later, he would reach the 2010 IAAF Diamond League and won the first Diamond Race Trophy posting 19.79 seconds. He then won the Rieti IAAF Grand Prix with a time of 19.85 seconds.

The findings by USADA were only treated as a minor violation, however, he was suspended later in the year for a period of three months. In 2015, Wallace attended the World Championships, but didn’t run. His net worth continued to grow over the years.

For his personal life, it is known that Spearmon was engaged to track athlete Monica Hargrove but their relationship eventually ended, and he remains single. His father Wallace Spearmon Sr. was also a sprinter. He’s also made appearances in the show “MythBusters” to test if it is possible for a human to run on water. Spearmon is also good friends with world champion sprinter Usain Bolt.
