Vikram Vij was born in December 1964 in Amritsar, Punjab, India, and is a chef, television personality and author of cookbooks. Alongside his wife, he owns Vij’s and Rangoli restaurants based in Vancouver. More, he has also opened his own restaurant My Shanti restaurant located in South Surrey, British Columbia. Vij participated in the reality television show “Dragon’s Den” (2014).
