Tyler James Williams Wiki Biography
Tyler James Williams was born on 9 November 1992, in Westchester County, New York State USA, and is an actor, singer and rapper. The show that made Tyler famous and accordingly contributed significantly to his growing net worth was the TV sitcom ‘Everybody Hates Chris’. Disney’s movie ‘Let It Shine’ was another one where Tyler James Williams made a notable appearance.
So just how rich is Tyler James Williams? Tyler, who is still in his early 20s, has already accumulated a net worth of close to $5 million, which is an amazing amount for somebody so young, but the fact that he began his acting career at the age of four helps to understand why this Tyler James is already so rich.
Williams and was raised in Yonkers, New York. While his father is a police sergeant, Tyler’s mother Angela is a singer and songwriter, thus she is probably the one who influenced Tyler James, along with two younger brothers Tyrel Jackson and Tylen Jacob, to pursue artistic careers. Tyrel is an actor appearing on the Disney XD series called ‘Lab Rats’, while Tylen co-stars in the show ‘Instant Mom’.
Tyler James started acting when he was four, but his first notable achievement was in the show ‘Little Bill’ where Tyler was given the voice of the character Bobby, as a replacement for Devon Malik Beckford. That was in 2000 when Tyler was eight years old, then from 2002 to 2005 he appeared on the popular children’s show ‘Sesame Street’ as an eponymous character “Tyler”, that is himself. However, the most successful step in his career was landing a main role in ‘Everybody Hates Chris’ which finally made him a big star and, of course, added significantly to Tyler James Williams’ net worth. Tyler James also received high recognition for his work in the show with the Young Artist Award in 2007.
“Everybody Hates Chris’ was on air from 2005 and was eventually cancelled in 2009, but it left Tyler a famous young actor with numerous opportunities ahead of him. Meanwhile, he also appeared as a guest star in such shows as ‘Two for the Money’, ‘Law and Order: Special Victims Unit’, ‘Hi Jinks’ and in late 2009 an episode called ‘Flirting with Fame’ of the show ‘True Jackson, VP’, in which he portrayed Justin “Lil’ Shakespeare” Weber, the love interest of True.
In 2012 Tyler James Williams net worth began to rise again, as he was cast in the role of Owen in the TV series ‘Go On’, and then in the same year even bigger success awaited him with the leading role in the movie ‘Let it Shine’ on the Disney Channel Original’, in which he appeared with such actors as Coco Jones, Brandon Mychal Smith and Trevor Jackson. In addition to these big roles, Tyler also appears in ‘Lab Rats’ as a future self of his younger brother’s character.
While it is his work as an actor that brought Tyler James Williams most of his wealth, it is worth mentioning that he is also a promising singer. Several of his songs were included on a ‘Let it Shine’ soundtrack.
In his personal life, Tyler is still officially single, but no doubt a healthy future awaits him in the world of romance.
