Troy Carter was born on the 14^th November 1972, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA. Troy earned his net worth and popularity through his successful engagements in the music industry, working as an agent of numerous artists on the American pop and rap scene, including Lady Gaga, Eve, and John Legend among others.

Carter`s childhood is not one described in books; his parents divorced when he was only two years old.
