Rolland Collins was born on 23 November 1985 in Brooklyn, New York, and is an American rapper whose nickname and now professional name, “Troy Ave” came from a street close to the neighborhood where he grew up. He is best known to his fans as one of the hottest hip hop rappers of the new generation. His debut album ‘New York City: The Album,’ managed to reach US Billboard number 47 in the category of Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
