Thomas Louie Jackson was born on the 4th April 1951, in Cleveland, Ohio USA, and is a retired professional American Football player, who spent his entire career with the Denver Broncos. After retirement, he began a career as a football analyst on ESPN, but left the network in 2016.

After three unforgettable seasons at Louisville, Tom entered the 1973 NFL Draft, in which he was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round; this marked the beginning of his professional career, and increase in his net worth.

He played for the Broncos until 1986, when he retired, in the position of linebacker. Tom ended his career with 20 interceptions, 13 sacks and 3 touchdowns. During his career, Tom won several awards and recognitions, both as part of the team and as an individual; he was selected three times for the Pro-Bowl game, consecutively from 1975 until 1977, and was three times All-Pro, also from 1975 until 1977.
