Tim Heidecker Wiki Biography

Timothy Richard Heidecker was born on 3 February 1976, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. He is a comedian, musician, actor, writer, and director, best known as half of the comedy team “Tim & Eric” alongside Eric Wareheim. He’s also appeared in films such as “Bridesmaids” and “The Comedy”. All of his endeavors have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

How rich is Tim Heidecker? As of mid-2016, sources inform us of a net worth that is at $2.5 million, mostly earned through a successful career in comedy. Along with Eric, the duo has helped create numerous television shows and Tim’s also known for collaborating with various music artists. As he continues his career his wealth will likely increase as well.

Tim attended Allentown Central Catholic High School, and after matriculating went to Temple University. After school, he would start working with Eric Wareheim, becoming the stars, writers, and creators of the limited animation show “Tom Goes to the Mayor”. In the show, Tim plays the protagonist named Tom who often goes to the Mayor to present his ideas, which often end up putting Tom at a worse position that he was originally in – the show would eventually be sold to Adult Swim. Afterwards, the two worked on “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!”, which began appearing in Adult Swim during 2007, featuring numerous topics, sketches, animation and other comments. They then starred in “Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie”, and appeared as Debt Collectors in “The Young Persons Guide to History”. Next work was on a video game series entitled “VideoGaiden” and “Mega64”. All these projects added to Tim’s net worth.

In 2011, Heidecker had a small role in “Bridesmaids”, and then appeared in the drama “The Comedy”. The following year, he appeared in an episode of “Workaholics”, and then had a cameo on the reviewing site Red Letter Media. He and Eric also worked with Zach Galifianakis in a series of films for Absolut Vodka, and then directed a series of Old Spice commercials featuring Terry Crews. In 2012, Tim started a web series and podcast entitled “On Cinema”, in which they discuss films both past and present. One of his most recent projects is the YouTube channel Jash and “Tim and Eric’s Bedtime Stories” – his net worth continued to rise.

Aside from these, Heidecker has performed with various indie rock bands. He also made an appearance in the music video “You Don’t Know Me” by Regina Spektor and Ben Folds Five. He and David Wood have been responsible for creating songs for many of Tim’s projects. They also made their own soft rock album entitled “Starting From Nowhere”, and two years later released their second album “Some Things Never Stay the Same”. Heidecker’s also known to make parodies of Bob Dylan’s music, creating the song “Titanic”, and “Long Black Dress”. In 2013, he and his band The Yellow River Boys released an album entitled “Urinal St. Station” with their lead single entitled “Hot Piss”. – the album was called the best album of 2013 by Vice Magazine. The song “Weatherman”, part of the soundtrack for the film “The Age of Reason”, is also a Heidecker composition.

For his personal life, Tim is married to Marilyn Porayko who made an appearance in “Time and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” The couple has a daughter who was born in November 2013. Aside from this, Tim was once stabbed twice while trying to help a neighbor who had overdosed. Luckily, the wounds were not life threatening.
