She is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YouTube, responsible for the acquisition of YouTube and DoubleClick under Google, as well as the development of AdSense.

She was eventually promoted as the senior vice-president of Advertising & Commerce and spearheaded the development of AdSense, which became Google’s second biggest source of revenue.
