Sheryl Underwood was born on the 28th October 1963, in Little Rock, Arkansas USA. She is comedian, television host and actress which all are the sources of Sheryl Underwood net worth. She rose to fame as a comedian who became the first female finalist during the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. Sheryl is the winner of two BET Awards, and has been active in the entertainment industry since 1988.

In 1997, Sheryl participated in the game show “Make Me Laught”, following which she appeared in the feature films “Bulworth” (1998) directed by Warren Beatty, “I Got the Hook Up” (1998) directed by Michael Martin, “Getting Played” (2005) directed and written by David Silberg and “Beauty Shop” (2005) directed by Bille Woodruff.

Sheryl also hosted the television series “Holla” (2002) and “Oh Drama!” (2005). It is important to say that she has also been working as the executive producer of the series “Holla” (2003). In 2005, she won another BET Award, Platinum Mic Viewers Choice Award. In addition to this, she worked on the radio program “Baisden After Dark” (2007). Later, she appeared in several episodes of “The Young and the Restless” (2012, 2013), and currently she is co-hosting the talk show “The Talk” (2011–present).
