Roy Denzil Hibbert was born on 11 December 1986, in Queens, New York City USA, of Trinidadian and Jamaican ancestry. Roy is a professional basketball player, best known to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as part of the Denver Nuggets. He is a two time NBA All-Star, buit all of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

However during the play-offs he would go scoreless in four postseason games, setting a record. Eventually, he exercised his player option in 2015 to look for a new team.

He was subsequently traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, and appeared in 81 of the season’s 82 games. His numbers dipped and the following year, and he signed with the Charlotte Hornets, then in 2017 he was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, and later to the Denver Nuggets.

For his personal life, it is known that Roy has been married to Valerie Cook since 2014. He got into controversy in 2013 when he used the term “no homo” during a post-game press conference. This led him to be fined $75,000 by the NBA and he would later release a public apology.
