Robert John Duffy was born on the 21st August 1954, in Rochester, New York State USA, and is a politician of the Democratic Party. He was vice governor of the state of New York under Governor Andrew Cuomo from January 2011 to January 2015, and prior to that, he held the position of mayor of his hometown, Rochester from 2006 to 2010. Since 2014, he has been working as the President and CEO of the Rochester Business Alliance.
