So just how rich is Norman Reedu? Authoritative sources estimate that Norman has a net worth of over $18 million, as of early-2017, mostly accumulated from his career as an actor now spanning almost 20 years. In addition to this, Reedus has increased his net worth as a videos director and as a model.
Norman Reedus was raised in Los Angeles, but also lived in Spain, Ireland and Japan. He began his working life working in a Harley-Davidson motorcycle shop, but also tried his hand being a painter, photographer, sculptor, and video artist. His acting career really opened his net worth account in 1997, when he appeared in a supporting role in the film ‘Mimic’ directed by Guillermo del Toro, despite which Norman attracted the attention of film makers and critics. In the following film directed by William Roth, ‘Floating’ Reedus landed the leading role and won a Special Jury Award in the New England Film and Video Festival in 1999. With such a great beginning Norman continued with another leading role in the comedy film ‘Six Ways to Sunday’ co-written and directed by Adam Bernstein, and then appeared in a number of films which were released in 1999, but ‘‘8mm’’ directed by Joel Schumacher increased his net worth more than others, as he appeared on the screen with such actors as Nicolas Cage, James Gandolfini and Joaquin Phoenix. Afterwards, Reedus played his most loved role on the big screen in the crime film ‘The Boondock Saints’, written and directed by Troy Duffy. Another significant role which helped to keep audiences eyes on Norman Reedus was in the film ‘Gossip’ directed by Davis Guggenheim. ‘Blade II’ directed by Guillermo del Toro and the role of Scud in the action film increased Reedus’ net worth considerably as the box office of the film grossed $155 million worldwide.
Moreover, Norman Reedus successfully appeared in the film ‘Deuces Wild’ directed by Scott Kalvert, and was nominated at the American Choreography Awards for the Outstanding Achievement in Fight Choreography. Afterwards, Norman appeared in a number of films, including ‘The Notorious Bettie Page’ directed by Mary Harron, ‘A Crime’ directed by Manuel Pradal, ‘American Gangster’ produced and directed by Ridley Scott, ‘Cadillac Records’ written and directed by Darnell Martin, ‘The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day’ written and directed by Troy Duffy, ‘The Conspirator’ directed by Robert Redford and many other films which boosted his net worth.
In 2003, Norman Reedus debuted on television, appearing in episodes of series such as ‘Charmed’, ‘Masters of Horror’, ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’, and ‘Hawaii Five-0’. Since 2010, Norman Reedus has been playing the role which has increased his net worth the most, that of Daryl Dixon in the television series ‘The Walking Dead’ developed by Frank Darabont. For this role Reedus won a Satellite Award, IGN Award and was nominated for a Saturn Award. Due to its high popularity, the series is still being broadcast up to date.

Norman Reedus Quotes
- Damaged people tend to gravitate towards damaged people.
- I’m still insecure, but when I first started acting, I was really insecure. I glared at a lot of people. I assumed everyone hated me. Somehow that scowl has turned into an acting career.
- The dogs with the loudest bark are the ones that are most afraid.
- I’ve always said it’s interesting to watch devils cry when angels want to stab you in the back. I like that mixture.
- When you do television, you have this opportunity to drop these subtle hints everywhere. The way you say things for example, sometimes those seeds turn into trees.
- You can’t not look cool with a crossbow.
- I literally have three boxes of presents. My son’s room is nothing but Daryl Dixon paintings, dolls, lighters, tattoos and panties. It’s pretty ridiculous. It’s fun. The Boondocks fans are pretty ferocious, as well. But, I get more Walking Dead stuff now. It’s a bonus for me. The same group of people like both things. It’s overwhelming to be honest.
