Nasim Pedrad was born on the 18th November 1981, in Tehran, Iran, and is an actress and comedian who rose to fame as a member of the television show “Saturday Night Live” (2009 – 2014). She has now landed a recurring role in the television series “New Girl” (2015 – present). Pedrad has been active in the entertainment industry since 2005.

Since then she has portrayed Aly Nelson in the series “New Girl”, and additionally she was seen in the television series “Screen Queens” (2015) and “The Mindy Project” (2016).
