Melissa is especially known for having played the role of Mary Ingalls in the television series “Little House on the Prairie” (1974 – 1983). Anderson has been inducted into the Western Performers Hall of Fame in 1998. Melissa Sue Anderson has been active in the entertainment industry since 1972.
