Matthew Kai “Megatoad” Stonie was born on 24 May 1992, in San Francisco, California USA, of mixed Czechoslovakian, Lithuanian and Japanese descent. Matt is a competitive eater, best known for being ranked third in competitive eating by Major League Eating, including being the winner of the 2015 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating contest, in which he defeated Joey Chestnut.
