Mark Jonathan Pincus was born on the 13th February 1966, in Chicago, Illinois USA, and is an internet entrepreneur best known to the world as the co-founder of Zynga, a company that develops social video games, such as FarmVille, FarmVille 2, Zynga Poker, CityVille and many other games. Apart from Zynga, Mark also started Tribe Networks, Support.com and Freeloader Inc.

The software around which Tribe.net was built, Cisco Systems bought it out in 2007, and Mark used the profits to start Zynga Inc. the same year, alongside Eric Schiermeyer, Michael Luxton, Justin Waldron and Steve Schiettler.
Since then, Zynga has become one of the best social game developers, with such title as FarmVille, FarmVille 2, Zynga Poker, CityVille, CityVIlle 2, Mafia Wars, Empires & Aliens, Hanging with Friends, and many other titles, which successes only increased the worth of the company, and at the same time Mark`s net worth. He served as the CEO of Zynga from its inception until 2013, and again from April 2015 until March 2016. Most recently he was replaced by Frank Gibeau.
