Lucy Hale Wiki Biography
Born Karen Lucille Hale on the 14th June 1989 in Memphis, Tennessee USA, Lucy is an award-winning actress and singer, perhaps best known to the world as Aria Montgomery in the TV drama series “Pretty Little Liars”, and as Katie Gibbs in the film “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song”, among other accomplishments during her career.
Have you ever wondered how rich Lucy Hale is, as of early 2018? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Hale’s net worth is as high as $2.5 million, an amount earned through her successful career in the world of entertainment, active since the early 2000s.
The youngest child born to Julie and Preston Hale, she has an older sister and older step-sister, and step-brother. She received her education at home, during which she also took singing and acting lessons, which eventually paid-off.
As early as 2003, Lucy’s show business career started; she auditioned for the music competition show “American Juniors”, and thanks to her successful performance was chosen as one of five members for the band of the same name, alongside the Thompson sisters, Taylor and Tori, plus Chauncey Matthews and Danielle White. The group existed for two years before disbanding, following their disastrous debut album.
Following the disbandment, Lucy opted for an acting career, though returned to the studio in 2012, and two years later released her debut studio album “Road Between”, which reached No. 4 on the US Country chart, and peaked at No. 14 on the US Billboard 200 chart, while it sold more than 44,000 copies, which only increased Hale’s net worth.
During her hiatus from music, Lucy made a name for herself as an actress, making her debut in the children’s TV series “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” in 2005. Her first notable role came two years later in the TV sci-fi action series “Bionic Woman”, as Becca Sommers, and continued with minor roles in such television films as “American Family” (2007), “The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants 2” (2008), and then got the part of Rose Baker in the TV comedy series “Privileged” (2008-2009), which only increased her net worth.
From there, Lucy continued on with television films, including “Fear Island” (2009), and “Sorority Wars” the same year, while in 2010 she was chosen for one her most prominent roles, as Aria Montgomery in the TV drama series “Pretty Little Liars”, which increased her net worth by a large margin, and has also won her a number of awards, including six Teen Choice Awards among other honors, and is still airing. In 2011, Lucy portrayed Katie Gibbs in the film “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song”, starring next to Freddie Stroma and Missi Pyle, while the following year she gave her voice to Periwinkle, a character from the animated film “Secret of the Wings”, further increasing her net worth.
Focused primarily on her work on the “Pretty Little Liars”, Lucy didn’t look for new roles until recently, when she was chosen for the role of Stella Abbott in the TV series “Life Sentence”, which will be released late in 2018, and she is also working on the film “The Unicorn”.
Regarding her personal life, Lucy is currently single, though over the years she became known for her high-profile relationships, most recently the with musician Anthony Kalabretta that lasted from 2015 until 2017. She was also in a relationships with Adam Pitts, a musician as well, and another musician, Joel Crouse.
