Lorenzo Alejandro Mendoza Gimenez, born on the 5th of October, 1965, is a Venezuelan billionaire who became known as the part-owner and Chief Executive Officer of Empresas Polar, one of the biggest privately-owned companies in Venezuela.

Born in Caracas, Mendoza is the son of Lorenzo Alejandro Mendoza and Leonor Gimenez Pocaterra. He attended Hun School of Princeton in New Jersey, and later on attended Fordham University, and graduated with a degree in industrial engineering.
