Lisa Kennedy Montgomery Wiki Biography
Lisa Kennedy Montgomery was born on 8 September 1972, in Indianapolis, Indiana USA, and is best known as an American radio personality and political satirist, who worked as an MTV VJ in the early years of her career.
So just how rich is Lisa Kennedy Montgomery, as of late 2017? Authoritative sources estimate that her wealth is over $2 million, accumulated from her career in the previously mentioned fields, but in addition to being a radio personality and satirist, she is also an actress.
When it comes to Montgomery’s education, she attended Lakeridge High School, and went on to attend the University of California, Los Angeles, from where she graduated with a degree in philosophy. She had an internship at KROQ-FM, a Los Angeles-based radio station, after which Lisa went on to work for MTV, serving as a video jockey beginning in 1992. She remained on that position over the course of the next five years, before moving to start as an author, writing the book entitled ‘’Hey Ladies! Tales and Tips for Curious Girls’’, but simultaneously working as a host for the Seattle-based radio station, KQBZ, joining the show ‘’The Buzz’’, which was a combination of local problems, news and comedy; her net worth was growing steadily.
However, she left this job to start working for ‘’The Future with Ahmet & Kennedy’’, a show on Comedy World Radio Network, in which she worked alongside Ahmet Zappa. After that, she was a co-host of ‘’The Big House in Malibu’’, and continuing to work at a fast pace, Lisa’s next project was ‘’Friend or Foe?’’, which aired on Game Show Network in 2002 and ran over the course of the next two years. In 2003, Kennedy was a guest host on ‘’Win Tuition’’ on GSN, and in the following period she worked on ‘’Who Wants to Be Governor of California?’’ on the same network, constantly raising her net worth.
Her talent and skills allowed her to progress in her profession, and she was eventually hired by FOX Business Network as a contributor for their network. Lisa is also a contributor to Reason.tv as well as Reason.com, and additionally, she is a guest host on KFI AM 640 based in Los Angeles.
Speaking about her further career as a writer, she went on to publish her second book, ‘’The Kennedy Chronicles: The Golden Age of MTV Through Rose-Colored Glasses’’, which is also her biography, on 30 July 2013. However, the previously mentioned book received mediocre response from the audience.
In her private life, Lisa has been married to Dave Lee, a former professional snowboarder, since 2000, with whom she has two daughters. She was a supporter of Gary Johnson’s 2012 presidential campaign, and describes her political views as ‘Republitarian’.
