Larry Dixon, Jr. was born on 23 October 1966, in the United States of America, and is a professional drag racer, best known for being part of the National Hot Rod Racing Association (NHRA). He is the son of the Top Fuel Eliminator winner Larry Dixon, Sr. All of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

In 2008, he then tied Tony Schumacher with 43wins in NHRA, and three weeks later, he went past the record by winning the Gator Nationals. In 2009, he worked as the Top Fuel driver at Al-Anabi racing, buying out his last year contract with Snake Racing to sign with Al-Anabi, and the following year he won his third Full Throttle Series world championship title, and got to 62 round wins during the 2010 season. Around this time, he was tied for fifth best all-time.

Larry had sponsorship from SkyTel Wireless, and also from the US Smokeless Tobacco Co. In 2011, he had compiled 637 round wins and has won 54% of his final round appearances. He then separated with Al-Anabi after the end of the season. He spent most of 2012 in the sidelines before becoming a part of Rapisarda Racing. He continued to win several races in 2015.
