Kevin Grevioux was born on the 9th September 1962, in Chicago, Illinois USA, and is an actor as well as a comic book writer and movie screenwriter, who is best known as the story writer and co-creator of the vampire movie franchise “Underworld”, in which he also portrayed Raze. He is also widely recognized for his appearances in the TV series “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” and “Young Justice”, as well as movies “The Mask” (1994) and “I, Frankenstein” (2014).

Have you ever wondered how much wealth this Hollywood actor has accumulated so far? How rich Kevin Grevioux is? According to sources, it is estimated that the total of Kevin Grevioux’s net worth, as of mid-2017, revolves around the sum of $2 million, acquired through his career in the movie-making industry which has been active since 1993.

Although he was born in Chicago, Kevin spent his childhood moving between Boston, Minnesota and New Jersey before settling in Washington D.C. where he attended Howard University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology, with minors in psychology and chemistry. He later continued to his master’s degree studies in genetic engineering, while simultaneously studying cinematography and taking screenwriting classes. After only one semester, Kevin abandoned his master’s degree studies and moved to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue full-time a career in the entertainment industry.

As an actor, Kevin debuted in 1993 when he briefly appeared as an extra in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” TV series. This was followed by the role of a security officer in several episodes of “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine” TV series before another short appearance, this time in the comedy movie “Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult”. All these engagements provided the basis for Kevin Grevioux’s present day net worth.

Through the rest of the 1990s, Kevin managed to maintain a continuous streak of acting engagements, starring in minor roles in motion pictures such as “The Mask” (1994), “Batman Forever” (1995), “Bowfinger” (1999) as well as the series “In the House” and “Sliders”. More notable roles came with the beginning of the new millennium, with roles in “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas” and “Charlie’s Angels”, both in 2000, “Planet of the Apes” (2001) and “Men in Black II” (2002). However, the real breakthrough in Kevin’s career occurred in 2003, when he created the “Underworld” – a sci-fi thriller about the eternal fight of vampires against werewolves. The movie, in which Kevin portrays Raze, was inspired by Kevin’s interracial dating experiences, and is also based on some scientific facts. Doubtlessly, all these ventures and “Underworld” particular dramatically boosted Kevin Grevioux’s net worth.

In 2004, Kevin starred in the “Charmed” and “Angel” TV series, while in 2005 he voice acted as super villain Solomon Grundy in “The Batman” animated TV series. In 2009 he reprised his role of Raze in “Underworld: Rise of the Lycans” for which he also served as co-scenarist and co-creator. Kevin’s original screenplay for the movie adaptation of I, Frankenstein comic book was bought by Lakeshore Entertainment, which released the eponymous “I, Frankenstein” movie in 2014. All these engagements made a huge, positive impact on Kevin Grevioux’s wealth.

Apart from those already mentioned, Kevin also appeared in popular TV series such as the animated “The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes”, “Torchwood: Web of Lies”, “NTSF:SD:SUV” as well as “Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.” and “Con Man”. It is certain that all these accomplishments have helped Kevin Grevioux to add a notable sum to his net worth.

In 2003, Kevin launched his own comic book company – DarkStorm Studios which so far released numerous issues for Red 5 and both, Marvel and DC. He has also voice acted in “Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath” video game in 2008.When it comes to his personal life, Kevin has managed to keep it away from the cameras and far from the media, as there is no relevant and reliable data about his private affairs.

Kevin Grevioux Quotes

  • [when asked what comic books he likes] I’m a Marvel guy. Superman was my favorite at first when I was a young kid. But even as a kid, after seeing him lift a planet one issue, race around the world in a half a second the next, then get beat by the Toy Man the issue after that, I decided his powers were too magical, inconsistent and almost childish even for comic books. So I graduated to Marvel. They were for older kids and adults anyway.
  • [regarding his Underworld character Raze] Because the way modern movie-making sensibilities are concerned, if you don’t have a name, then who are you? We didn’t want to make the part too big, because if we did, they’d get a rapper like LL Cool J. He’s good, and so is Ice Cube, but I wanted to play this, so we had to knock it down so it would be unattractive to any rapper.
