Jose Rene “J.R.” Martinez was born on the 14th June 1983, in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, and is a former US Army soldier, as well as an actor and motivational speaker who is probably best known for portraying Brot Monroe in the TV series “All My Children”. He is also widely recognized for being the winner of 13th season of the “Dancing with the Stars” reality TV competition.
