Most characters are in their 30s and 40s. It’s a show with gay characters, but no one’s grappling with their sexuality. One of the most successful gay movies ever is ‘Brokeback Mountain’, where the story is basically two gay men who are both devastated by the fact that they’re gay and they’re in love with each other.
