John Heard was born on the 7th March 1945, in Washington D.C., USA, and is an actor best known for the role of Peter McCallister in the films “Home Alone” (1990) and “Home Alone 2 – Lost in New York” (1992). During his long career, Heard has starred in almost 130 films and nearly 40 television titles. Heard was nominated for an Emmy Award for the role landed in the television series “The Sopranos” (1999 – 2004), and won the Theatre World Award and two Obie Awards. Heard has been active in the entertainment industry since 1974.
