Jillian Marie Warry Wiki Biography
Jillian Marie Warry was born on 26 September 1966, in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, of Irish and Lithuanian descent. Jillian is an actress, radio personality, and television hostess, best known for being the co-host of the TalkRadio 790 KABC show “Mid-Day LA”. She’s been active in the industry since 1993, and all of her efforts have helped put her net worth to where it is today.
How rich is Jillian Barberie? As of late-2017, sources estimate a net worth that is at $8 million, earned through success in her various endeavors, including being the co-host of the morning show “Good Day LA”, and as a weatherperson for “Fox NFL Sunday” for six years. As she continues her career, it is expected that her wealth will also continue to increase.
Jillian was adopted at birth; she attended Assumption Catholic Secondary School, and after matriculating went to Mohawk College where she took a two-year broadcast journalism program, and graduated. After completing her studies, she then worked for various television stations including The Weather Network, WSVN, and KTTV in Los Angeles.
Barberie’s popularity would soon increase, and with it came acting opportunities which would help build her net worth. She found roles in drama shows such as “Melrose Place”, and comedy parts for “Yes, Dear” and “MADtv”. Soon she would also do television hosting work, appearing in the reality television show “EX-treme Dating”. In 2000, she was then hired to become part of Fox Sports’ pre-game show “Fox NFL Sunday”, on which she did the national weather segment. Her popularity would increase even further as part of Fox Sports, during which she advertised Prestone anti-freeze too, aired during NFL broadcasts. Concurrently, she hosted the show “Good Day LA” while working on the national version entitled “Good Day Live”. She would continue to host there until 2004.
While Jillian’s tenure with the “Good Day” franchise ended, she continued to be a weather girl and entertainment reporter for Fox Sports. She was part of various Super Bowl games, and was a co-host for the Fox New Year’s Eve special in 2005. She also made appearances for Maxim magazine, and the following year she became a contestant in the reality show “Skating with Celebrities”, in which she was able to reach second place alongside professional skater John Zimmerman. In 2006, she then became the co-host of “That’s So Hollywood”, so her net worth continued to grow. In 2008, she was involved in another commercial opportunity with NutriSystem, appearing alongside former NFL players Mike Golic and Dan Marino.
Barberie is also the host of the Fox Reality Channel show “American Idol Extra”, in which she interviewed idols who were eliminated during the week of “American Idol” as well as other guests. She also made an appearance in “House Husbands of Hollywood” with now ex-husband Grant Reynolds, which aired on the same network.
A few of her latest projects include co-hosting “The Drive Home” on Talk Radio 790 KABC, and hosted the program “Hollywood Mix” which is part of KTLA.
For her personal life, it is known that in 1996 Jillian married Bret Barberie the former Major League Baseball player, but their marriage ended in 2002. Four years later, she married actor Grant Reynolds and they had two children, however, their marriage ended in divorce in 2014. She is a naturalized citizen of the United States. Jillian supports the prevention of cruelty to animals. She has adopted nine pets from shelters, and perhaps not so coincidentally stated in an interview that she was also adopted after birth.
