Jill Whelan is an Oakland, California-born American actress, radio talk show host as well as a comedian, and is perhaps better known for portraying the role of Vicki Stubing in the popular television series “The Love Boat”. Born on 29 September 1966, Jill has been active in the field of entertainment as an actress since 1973 and she still continues to be one of the critically acclaimed actresses in America.
