Isabelle Fuhrman Wiki Biography
Isabelle Fuhrman, born on the 25th of February 1997, is an American actress who became famous for her performance in the horror flick “Orphan”.
So how much is Fuhrman’s net worth? As of early 2018, based on authoritative sources it is reported to be over $500,000 acquired from her years working as an actress, actually since the age of seven.
Born in Washington D.C., Fuhrman is the daughter of Elina Fuhrman and Nick Fuhrman and has an older sister, Madeline. Her mother is a journalist who used to work for CNN, while her father was a former business consultant and political adviser, formerly a political candidate. She studied at the private Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, and also at RADA and The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia. She matriculated from high school in 2015, and enrolled in Stanford University Online High School.
Fuhrman’s acting career started when she was seven when a casting director from Cartoon Network espied her with her older sister, and cast her for “Cartoon Fridays.” In 2007, she made her movie debut in the film “Hounddog” playing the role of Grasshopper, and the same year she was selected to play the main role in the horror movie “Orphan”, apparently after a nationwide search; the movie was released 2009, and became a commercial and critical hit. Her early years as an actress certainly helped establish her career and her net worth.
In 2006, Fuhrman ventured into television, and appeared in “Justice”. In 2008, her appearance in the show “Ghost Whisperer” earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award, and meantime while appearing on television shows, she also booked a couple of commercials, including for Pizza Hut and K-Mart, so adding steadily to her net worth.
Fuhrman’s career gained another major lift when she became part of the film “The Hunger Games.” She originally planned to audition for the role of Katniss Everdeen but the production team deemed her too young for the role as she was only 15, then called her back to audition for the role of Clove, and she got the part. The film became a huge hit at the box office, and she gave a memorable performance as Clove, so this success also tremendously increased her wealth.
In 2013 Fuhrman next appeared in the movie “Dear Eleanor” alongside Kevin Connolly, although the film wasn’t released until 2016. The same year she also appeared in the movie “Cell”, the film adaptation of Stephen King’s book, and then had a recurring role in the series “Master of Sex” on the Showtime channel.
Today, after 11 years in the business Fuhrman is still very active working as an actress; she recently appeared in the movie “Down a Dark Hall”, and is currently filming “Hellbent”, scheduled for release late in 2018, still boosting her net worth.
In terms of her personal life, Fuhrman is still single, but is known to have dated actors Joel Courtney and Colin Ford.
