Isabelle Boulay was born on the 6th July 1972, in Sainte-Félicité, Quebec, Canada. She is a singer, being a multiple winner of Felix Awards as well as Juno Awards. In 2012, she was made a Knight of the National Order of Quebec and a knight of the Order of La Pléiade.
