Hugh Lamont Douglas was born on 23 August 1971, in Mansfield, Ohio USA, and is a retired professional American Football player, known for having played in the National Football League (NFL) with several teams. He is also a former football analyst for ESPN, and all of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

He entered the 1995 NFL Draft and was selected during the first round by the New York Jets. He would be part of the team for three years before being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 1998.
